10. Rich text format: file format with the extension .rft that enables text to be transfored and read by different applications
11. Autocontent wizard: A tool to help you create a presentation easily with preprogramed layout, desing, and text
12. Boilerplate text: Standar text which is apprpriate for that type of presentation
13. Indent level: a numberthat indicates the indent of importance of the subtitle in relationship to the title
14. promote: Move a subtitle to a higher area
15. demote: moves subtitle to a lower level
16. Object: nontext elements
17. Subtitle: any text that follows the title and gives more detail
